I think you can stop bashing the Talimancers now, or just stop posting. While I dislike the character and am really suspicious of the fans, I still don't talk about them like they were something that should be stomped to death.

Yup. Miri only works for Cerberus because they are gettingt he job done and she loves humanity, there is mnay instances where she shows compasion and respect for Salarians and Asari, she even talks about Mordin with alot of respect. The SB most likely thought "Hur hur hur she works for Cerberus, that means she thinks humans are teh best."

Dosent she also lament that too many xenophobes join Cerberus and that its a bad thing?

No it wouldn't. It would be so foreign to her character concept that it would break her. I don't recall who posted the Oriana chat on some of the previous pages, but Miranda behaving as Oriana did there would be an OOC disaster of epic proportions.

Definitely. She's for human advancement, and I don't think she'd be troubled with human political dominance depending on how that would be implemented, but she's not a xenophobe. She's also not mercenary as would be required for a SB agent.

Maybe, but her LotSB dossier shows that she's completely clueless when it comes to love (which like I said before, may be her first time), and thus she may decide to emulate someone she knows well to try and express her love like a 'normal woman' (which as we know already that she wants to be), and due to the fact that the only person she loves besides Oriana is Shepard, she'll most likely follow Oriana's 'lead'.

Thanks to Alliance and Council propaganda, even the SB was fooled into thinking that Cerberus is all about 'enslave them aliens'. Hell, even the two crewmembers in the mess hall are impressed by the aliens. And I don't quite see Miranda having any other love than Shepard, sorry. And I lol'd so hard it hurt when I saw an 'anti cerberus' group here and they said 'oh they're racist and evil boo hoo.' Guess that's how the SB viewed Miranda and Cerberus.

There's actually a reference to Liara and Miranda knowing each other if you romanced Miranda and talk to Liara about it. She remarks on how much Miranda has changed.



Is it a bad thing that I can write them having chemistry more convincingly than Shep/Miranda? I guess writing what you ship makes a difference.

I can't take the dossier seriously, it's too over-the-top. Her reaction to Oriana also shows she wouldn't emulate her. Nope. Won't be. Sure she wouldn't be beyond the occasional silliness, but not like a teenager. Never. Because, you know, she isn't. Fancy that. *leaves for a night already cut short by this thread*

Anyone ever wondered why Miri keeps running around in that catsuit of hers even in combat? I wish she had armor on, so I lead her wear armor in my fic (muahahahaha take THAT bioware). That would be more practical.

I want modified asari commando armor.

I doubt it's canon, but if Miranda is an artificial biotic, do you think it's plausible Miranda's father gave her other non-genetic enhancements? I'm planning to give her a greybox in my story (perfect memory for the perfect human). Between that and the biotics, she spent large swaths of age eleven in the hospital and nearly died. Those operations, or rather the realization that he prized his ideal of perfection higher than her life, were a motivating factor in her running away. Too May Sue?
