I know everyone has a different opinion about miranda and i respect that. But in the end bioware decide if things are within her character or not.

I completely agree with you

Also, if you are interested, I made a video of the end game of my last playthrough.

My "perfect" ending. :P

Two characters died in the perfect ending ......

I didn't want a "no one left behind" ending. This must be a suicide mission, keeping everyone alive seems like an unlikely ending for me. First I wanted 3 or 4 death, but then I decided that 2 would be enough.

(I also finished a "no one left behind" playthrough, but I don't know yet if I will play this save in ME3)

Just for curiosity's sake: who died in that game? I find it becomes progressively harder to let people die the more games I play.

If you interpret things that way, Miranda's recommendation to destroy the base becomes understandable, though the (fortunately avoidable) phrasing "it seems like a betrayal" doesn't seem like anything Miranda would say (I recall even Yannkee agreeing with the latter - or do I misremember?).

You misremembered.

I think there are two reasons why Miranda wants to destroy the base :
- She knows what TIM would do with the base, and she can't accept it.
- She has been shocked by what she has seen in the base, and she can't be detached of such emotions.

So the phrase "it seems like a betrayal" is perfectly understandable to me.

I saved everyone in the final on all 9 of my Sheps. I'm an achievement junkie.

@Yannkee

Agreed with both points 100%.

Jack and Zaheed...

Yes I had to choose the characters I like the least.
Jack was not a problem because of her loyalty, I always choose to side with Miranda during the fight scene.
Zaeed died as a team leader.
I could do every loyalty mission with this playthrough.

Yes...those two would be my choice as well. Though I do feel sad about Jack. I don't like her, and in some way she deserves what's coming, having indiscriminately killed so many herself, but even so it feels like killing the little girl along with the b*tch.

I don't like her character for many reasons, but what decided me to "kill" her is that she seriously threatened Miranda to death. I can understand her hate against Cerberus, but this is unforgivable.

tbh i can't see the point in doing all the content then getting people killed on purpose - even jack. not to say i haven't got a profile with only a few survivors, to see if that has any effect on me3, because i have.

the endgame choice is so obviously forced, it's stupid, but thankfully because of it's very nature probably won't have any impact on me3, in any tangible capacity.

Zaeed is the only person dying in my current game. I despise him. He's much worse than Garrus.I quite like Jack.

Miranda would make a much better Cerberus leader than Shepard. He lacks her patience, subtlety, and fondness for detail work. I want something that can both challenge her and allow her to make a difference. She doesn't have to become the Illusive Woman, but I like the idea. She's willing to do very questionable things, but she does have standards.

And I just found a Miranda/Kaidan story. Not written by me. I can't believe it.

And no, I seriously think it's silly to kill people you don't like. So I kept even tali around.

Just checked it. Link works fine.

Miranda/Kaidan is one of those things I probably couldn't write myself, but I think they're perfect for each other. If they're both squad members in ME3, I'll be doing my best to pretend they're having a relationship and we simply don't see it.

what's with the zaeed hate - he's as funny as hell. ok he's not exactly mr paragon, but it's not like he's boring or annoying (stand up Tali and Jack).

I can accept the "the end justifies the means" attitude common to many Renegades, I can also understand Jack's anger at the world to a certain degree, and Tali is interesting if you discount her romance. But Zaeed's not just  Renegade, he's callous. I'd rather have TIM on my team.

TIM would probably be less useful in a firefight though.  Unless he used his scary eyes to frighten the enemy into retreating?

She looks very good in black. Ignoring how stupid it is for Cerberus to have uniforms in the first place. I always want to brush her hair out of her face, though.

I'm giving her a costume in turquoise and silver in my fanfic. Wish I could mod that thing into the game just to see it anywhere but in my mind, but it'd be a lot more work than a retex.
BTW: It's really fun to dress up my characters. I guess I'm a strange man....
