*We wish for a believable love scene with some emotional depth, executed with more extended choreography introduced by ME2, but the artistic style shown in ME1.
How's that?
i preferred me2's scenes, personally, even the location.
and i also don't agree re the outfits, either - some fanservice is appreciated, if you're gonna be spending time with her on missions, i agree regarding some of the dodgier camera angles on her **** though.

I wonder what Miranda's drink of choice is when she's at a bar.

I'm also not really interested in returning to Miranda's issues with her father. There's been enough made of them in ME2 and I don't think Bioware can wrap them up properly in a single mission in ME3. I'd rather they left Miranda's father alone and focused on other aspects of her character. We're asking for character development while clinging to the ghosts of Miranda's past. I think these two wishes are contradictory.
If the focus remains on Miranda's father, there's also the risk that that will be what comes to define the character, possibly resulting in Miranda being accused by detractors of being the "poor little rich girl who's still whining about her father". Personally, I've seen enough about where Miranda comes from. I want to see where she's going , ie. what she plans to do when the Reapers are all wrapped up.
Also, is anybody else interested in seeing a same sex romance option for Miranda in ME3? While it's true there was no such option in ME2, nothing is ever mentioned, either by her or other characters, that would preclude her from being bi/lesbian. Tali wasn't a LI in ME1 but became an LI in ME2. Miranda suddenly showing interest in fem!Shep could be explained in the same way.
i think it should feature but definitely not in a major way so as you rightly stated it could come to define her.
i really don't get the "make every character bi, for the gay audience" thing, though.

Water. Miranda works so much as has been in the spy business for so long that I suspect she's leery of consuming anything that could dull her senses even a little bit. Her augmented physiology may also mean alcohol has much less effect on her (maybe her liver works more efficiently at filtering toxins), so just going out to get drunk may not only not appeal to her, but not even be practical.
When she's in private though, I think Miranda enjoys the occasional glass of wine. I'd go into more specifics, but unfortunately I'm not big into wine so I can't say much more.

I'd imagine she may consider it an anathema to lose control in that manner. A glass of wine sounds very much like her style, but I just cannot imagine her trying to get drunk. A drunk Miranda just....doesn't correlate...

Wouldn't not drinking in a bar call attention to her? I'm trying to avoid that.
If she does it right, only to the bartender. Lots of non-alcoholic drinks look like alcoholic drinks and if you spell out the ingredients instead of ordering a virgin something, the drunks around you wouldn't even notice. For example, a cosmo is just vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and lime. If you were to substitute tonic water for the vodka and triple sec, nobody would even notice. Most bartenders can also probably be very discrete about the affairs of their patrons, especially if they're slipped a large tip.

It will be difficult to have a DLC with Miranda voiced in the next months.
Yvonne will be busy with season 4 of Chuck, considering they added 11 more episodes (24 episodes, and I think they are shooting the 11th).
While shooting Chuck will be of course important (and maybe post-production recording work with the Killer Elite?) it's not truly impossible for her to do work with VO for Miranda, when you think about it. For one, the logistics would be much less. She doesn't have to spend an hour or two in a trailer for make up for example. I remember seeing production work as part of that Syfy Mass Effect 2 special a while ago where Yvonne was voicing the lines where Miranda is sitting down on a couch explaining to Shep just how well (s)he would fit in at Cerberus and while she looked as hot as ever, she was still... normal.

This is something I'm playing with for my fic, but it might make for interesting discussion. How would Miranda react to the knowledge that the tech used to create her is now being used by other people and, in modified form, other species?
