I would want that Miranda lives if she can. Always. With or without Shepard. This "die together" thing may be oh-so-romantic, but Miranda isn't like that. I can see them both "go out in a blaze of glory", but only if there was no other way for either of them, not as one going because the other one goes. Miranda won't do that, and neither will most of my Shepards.

I agree Ieldra, I know Jack Shepard wouldn't as much as it'd rip him up inside and I really hope they don't have it so the LI does too. I have faith that they wouldn't have them sticking like glue in such situation, but that is probably due to the opening scene of ME2 when you can tell an LI to go.

That being said, it better not be a similar situation of Joker getting us killed otherwise I'll want an option to take him with me

All that said, if Jack lives and Miranda dies, I really hope one of the scenes in the last cut-scene shows Jack getting emotional. I'd even say in that situation I want to see something akin to the end of Season 3 of 24 but then I would say that seeing as I based Jack on Jack Bauer

Am just in the process of setting up potential playthroughs for when I go through ME2 on PS3, got one lined up where Miranda will survive but Shep won't have done her loyalty mission because he refuses to go to Ilium. I figure it would be nice to see all the possible variables, if they are accounted for in ME3

Welcome, themark443. Unfortunately, most topics have been exhausted so there isn't much traffic here. But we hard-core Miranda fans hold the line for our favorite woman in the galaxy.

I agree the boots do not look right if they were like the ones in the game then it would be more acceptable

How awesome is this going to be? I was at a Christmas party this evening and there were all these topics of conversation like who is going to replace Holbrooke, whether the US is investing too much in Afghanistan at the expense of its sea power, whether or not the nation-state system will continue for the rest of the century, and in the back of my mind I was just thinking MASS EFFECT 3 ANNOUNCED.
