I've heard her voice somewhere else,. but I've never watched CHuck or any of the otehr stuff she's acted in.
You sure it wasn't just another Aussie, if your unfamilar with the acent they can all sound the same even though they are as varied as any other acent in the world.

In Chuck she speaks in an American accent.

Really? I guess blue eyes are a sign of exceptional individuals since Miri Shepard has some beautiful blues too.

That's just another example of the silly time contraction in ME. Yes, blue eyes are supposed to become rarer as humans interbreed more between different regions and races, becoming more as one in appearance. But it would take quite a bit longer than 180 years for blue eyes to be "almost non-existent".jtav wrote...
First time through, her accent actually distracted me until I got used to it since Revelation talks about how most people who live and work offworld have lost their accent. Her Australian accent would stick out. Then again, blue eyes are supposed to be so rare as to be nonexistent, so that should stick out as well.
As for Miranda's accent, I almost don't notice it, being German. I find the way Aethyta speak much more noticeable. Don't know why, though.

Really should get back to my game. Sooner I slog through ME, the sooner I can see Miranda. Am I still welcome here if my opinion of the romance doesn't improve and I go back to playing FemShep?

I can think of one, that guy right above Jack's cellar right cross from Tali with the Scottish accent.I felt it was kind of standing out,not annoying but noticeable.VampireCommando wrote...

Your opinion of Miranda will probably not change, so that's OK.jtav wrote...

Coming off a long game session myself - my only single maleShep has made it to Miranda's loyalty mission. It's extremely hard to play a perfect game, at some point you always mis-click and say something you'd rather not said, and only because the dialogue wheel doesn't tell you the mood you're going to get. Grr.

That's why in this playthrough I have saved before every conversation and tested out the options in order to find out the choices that would best fit my Shepard - and I wrote them down. It's especially useful if you want to avoid certain romances. I somehow got into Jack's romance after literally saying no, before.
Going to use that guide when I revisit that Shepard for another playthrough before ME3 is released.

The romance thing is really bizarre. The characters whose romances I loved are not the characters I want to discuss or write about. And vice versa. Although if anything comes of the Miranda.Kaidan idea I have in my head, blame Ieldra. He started it.
