Oh for christ's sake, if you don't like it, don't buy it. It's as simple as that. Why are these arguments constantly being rehashed as though nobody is being given a choice here?

Is that a problem for you, Obvakhi?

No... just art appreciation.

but you're never even in a vacuum with your squad in me2. and you only go to one UNC noxious atmospheric planet (the chlorine one) so what's the point again?

(1) The place where we land on the Collector Ship is open to space
(2) The place where we land on the Collector base is open to space.
(3) The place where we land on the derelict Reaper - yeah, the atmosphere of a brown dwarf so much better than open space, yeah.
Twist the world for all I care, repaint it, change its physical rules in your imagination. Just don't tell me having no helmets for some of the the environments we visit in the game is anything but silly.

If they want us to see character's faces - and yes, I, too want to see them most of the time -  they should give them transparent helmets, hell, even (visible) mass effect fields would do, just make some goddamn nod to plausibility for those players who care about it, even if they don't care about the believability of their worldbuilding themselves. I'm sick of these f******** nonsensical arguments that want to make me believe plausibility means nothing in the face of art. F*** artistic license, I want my fictional worlds to be believable!

@all:
Sorry for the rant, but that had to be said. And now I'll wait for the AAP to come out for the PC so that I can give Miranda her beautiful new armor. And hope for the CHOICE of having toggleable helmets in ME3.
:)

The only two people that seem to appreciate helmets are Shepard, Garrus, and Grunt. They're the smart ones. The rest keep using breathing masks, even when mercs seem to use helmets as well. (Tali doesn't count!)

ugh the visor is as bad as feared... i bought the dlc to support BW and mass effect but i can't see ever using this stupid armour for any reason.

While it is not horrible. I cannot fathom why it is BioWare insists on using some facial accessory we cannot remove.

I like it. It gives her a "badass tech" look.

I like it too. But it would be *hugely* preferrable if it was toggleable.

I won't even buy it. This DLC is pointless for me.
I bought the first AAP because of Garrus's armor, but this time I will save my money.

Miranda is irresistible in her new armor! It looks even better than in the promo shot. That was sooooo worth the small amount of money.

So, are the heels gone as well?

Personally, I'm a sucker for plot twists and am hoping that if there is a Cerberus vs. Shepard storyline in the next game that there is at least a chance (depending on game decisions) where Miranda turns on Shepard. If the voice acting could keep up, some of the scenes could be wonderfully intense, especially if she's your love interest. Or maybe there's a situation where you have to chose between her/Cerberus and Tali/Quarians or Jack (who did threaten to kill her once the mission was over).

She looks absolutely incredible. Badass and hot. I'm feeling the urge to play MaleShep for some reason...

Ok, they cheated a bit with the heels. In the leg shots, you'll notice that her foot position is still as if she was wearing heels. But it isn't very noticeable. I say it's well done.

Why resist then? Finish your FemShep, then play again as ManShep. Posted Image

I first thought I was certainly going to buy this DLC, but now I am not too sure. It doesn't look that good, it kinda lacks this Mirish touch to it, imo. And I don't mean it has to be tight and show every single curve, but that looks wrong.

Anyway, enjoy your DLC.

It's a little too bulky IMO. It would of been better if they went something along the line of Kasumi's outfit. This armor makes it look like she's a frontline soldier, which she is not.
Miranda also looks stupid wearing it inside the Normandy... not to mention the comment that asari makes at the end of Miranda's loyalty mission makes no sense if she's wearing armor.

Wow. I love the visor in the dark. It's not exactly a visor but a high-tech HUD as I thought. Now *that* is what a 22nd century operative should look like...

And in lighter areas you can still her eyes. Of course that won't do for the romance, but then, that's not what this outfit is for...
