There's 1 more incongruity I realise. If you romance her, she basically takes 5 minutes to get out of her armour and into the white outfit. Posted Image

If you opt to have her wear the white outfit beforehand to circumvent that, you don't get the chance to do a outfit swap through the O4-Relay sequence which happens immediate after that. And I suspect if you pick her for the first fireteam leader position, you'd then be barred from getting the chance to swap her outfit for the whole duration of the suicide mission.

Oh my god, the logistics of apparel...! Posted Image

Not so. You can change it before the Oculus fight.

We really need toggleable headgear in ME3 with a setting to remove it in dialogue scenes. I like the visor, but it hides her eyes in the scene with Oriana. Not so good.

This is what I feared.

But I still like the...ARMOR!!! OMG FINALLY!

Thank you Bioware

Welcome to the internet.

I agree, Ieldra. I know DA:O, your characters/squad would remove their helmets during most conversations.

I would hardly call it nitpicking. With the visor on, you can't see that Miranda is almost crying in that scene.

Except for the headgear (a minor nuisance), I cannot see what could possibly be bad or wrong about the new armor. It fits a gap I think most have missed when it comes to Miranda's armour selection.

I think they're going with untoggleable headgear so when ME3 finally does it right we will all be amazed heh :)

I love the new armor it looks great! And the visor is so much better than I anticipated (Though I agree with Ieldra about
the toggle and dialogue) Though I don't have her wear it on the ship, she did have it on when she gave me her LM... definitely helps take some of the awkwardness out of those camera angles

Oh and Grunt's armor is sweet lol :o

Without the holographic part, she'd have a Seven of Nine look going on there. Which would work pretty well.

I was wondering if Erinyala was going to say, "I was waiting for you to get dressed. Or does Cerberus let you - uh, actually...where did you get that?" ;)

The armor is very unobtrusive so far on the Normandy so far. She fits right in on Omega. I can't get over how utterly...Miranda the outfit is. This is what she should have had to begin with.

Miranda crying is a fundamental moment of character development for her. It can be overlooked since we have all witnessed the scene on numerous occasions but a toggleable feature is definitely a must for ME3. Need I remind you Shepard drinks through his/her helmet?

Is it bad to think she also has a rather attractive way of crying? ;)

I was never a fan of the visor for her, Jack, Thane's shades, or the HUD display in Tali's helmet. Personally I blame it on bad kotor memories but that's another story. A toggle feature would be best all around but also don't just stop at a visor. Give them helmets.

Anyone know how to do HUD-less screenshots?
The command used in the Coalesced Editor does not work:

( Name="H", Command="ShowHud" )

I've got some good shots from a mission but they have the HUD...

I think it is a real tribute to ME2 that so many people want small changes to improve it even more. We are still playing it even after almost a year after release (and without mods) and we want it to improve even more because we keep playing it. The great thing about BW is that they listen to feedback and improve where they can in the next installment.

Can't wait for ME3, hope all the characters get an upgrade, not like Ashden who were stuck in low rez in ME2. Especially Miri!

Definitely. I still haven't seen her in her armor on the Normandy, but I think this may be one of my new favorite screenshots (too bad the background is so boring):

She's the incarnation of "badass beautiful". The top operative who could kick your ass - or make you do anything by doing nothing more than raising one of her beautiful eyebrows. She's so attractive she makes me feel light-headed in that armor. I know I would have a *very* hard time resisting her, even if I knew it could be dangerous.

Hi, just asking did this armor come with a cerberus helmet for missions that have no air etc?

LOL, there should be a FAQ about this.

No, unfortunately Miranda still gets the breathing mask.

Miri is perfect, we should just add 'resistant to space radiation', to her father's wish list when he created her. (sarcasm)

Oh, agreed. There's an aura of danger to her now that the catsuits failed to convey. Romance her at your peril, Shepard, but how can you resist someone who is so much your equal?
