Haven't read Retribution, does Leng have any experience fighting biotics?

I guess recruiting Miranda without having to rescue her was too much to hope for.

I care very much if she's made to appear weak, incompetent, or helpless.I'd rather not have her back then have her back on those terms. If it's like Garrus' mission, then I won't have much of a problem.

I hated Kai Leng in Retribution. If Leng is after Miranda it's only natural that I lay a trap for him with Miri as the bait and when I catch him, I "interview" him until he gives up TIM's location. This will make Kelham's interrogation look like a friendly survey.

*Shepard received intelligence that Miranda has been captured and is being held in a secure facility. He storms the Cerberus lair, ready for his Big Damn Heroes moment only to find about half a dozen dead, unconscious, or otherwise subdued Cerberus agents. Miranda stands over one of them, eyebrow cocked ironically at Shepard

Shepard: Miranda? I thought you were captured?
Miranda: I was. I freed myself ten minutes ago and subdued the last of my captors seven minutes ago. Where were you?

Read elsewhere that any love interest conflict will occur 'at the worst possible time' Take all the things swirling around here with a few pinches of salt. I just hope not to get a kick in the balls that I don't see coming with Miranda like I did in Dragon Age 2 in The Deep Roads quest

I'm not sure how many Miri fans have ME 1 romances but I hope there isn't some cliched Virmire scenario where you have to choose between the 2 or even worse, some inevitable harm comes to a LI because of your romance choices

Simple solution. Don't "cheat". Import a single Shepard into ME2 or break up wiith Liara during LotSB.

That was PC Gamer and they way they worded it seemed more along the lines of "The conflict will happen in ME3" since the sh*t hits the fan early on...

I can see this happening...especially with what Paul Grayson went through in that book (yeah yeah it wasn't that great)

That would be terrible in so many every ways.

I hope they don't make her do something incredibly stupid, so Shepard gets to go save her.  That would be bad for her character. One of her strongest traits is her competence and looking out for herself.

Like Miranda, any plot missions that's directly tied her should be handled intelligently, Also this would give Shepard a chance to not look, sound, and act like a complete ******. I want Shepard to have a sense of awareness and to see a trap laid out for him instead of getting ambushed as usual,

I sure hope the devs and writers read this.... As a resolution to their relationship, I want something like this for Shepard and Miranda before the final battle.

I posted this in the "Miranda for romance & squadmate for Mass Effect 3" group:

Seriously though, this is what I figure will start our fight with Cerberus. Miranda finds out that Cerberus (not necessarily TIM as supposedly there's evidence that he's been overthrown due to the video montage shown at the end of Arrival if you fail, as he's shown alongside the crew) is working with the Reapers and goes to stop them. Unfortunately, she ends up in a mess and contacts Shepard for help. We come to her rescue and Cerberus realizes they have an opportunity to take out both Shepard & Miranda at the same time.
