I don't think it's a Cerberus operative, a female soldier/infiltrator maybe.

It was confirmed by a Developer to be a Cerberus operative

The developer said that she's a non unique female Cerberus enemy, not an operative.

The other is one that I don't think has been mentioned yet... but has a picture in the Game Informer article (one of the female Cerberus Enemies). From her picture, I'm sure you can probably get some ideas about her gameplay - she's really fun to fight (I swear a lot when trying to fight against her with some enemy combinations [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/pinched.png[/smilie]).

Brenon Holmes wrote...

She's one of the most elite of the Cerberus enemies. So not really a unique enemy, and not a boss - though if you were to fight one of them early on in the game, I imagine that *could* feel a little like a mini-boss fight. [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/happy.png[/smilie]

Yes, that's a female Cerberus enemy - not Miranda.

Unfortunately Phaedon made the same mistake in the first page of the ME3 news thread.

Here is the link of your thread with only the devs comments : http://social.biowar...ex/7307598&lf=8

It has been confirmed as a cerberus enemy, not operative. (see my post above)

And it's easy to find the PC gamer scans, just google search "Mass Effect 3 Pc Gamer".

Well I suppose when he mentioned "elite" people equated that to being operative type.
Me, my excuse is that my brain does not function when it's late at night!

Thanks for the link though.

It's early morning here :P

He said that this enemy is non unique, and I think "one of the most elite of Cerberus enemies" could mean an enemy like the Benezia's Asari commandos in ME1.

There are not many operatives in Cerberus rank, and I think most of them would have a unique look like Miranda, and would be an enemy boss (like Kai Leng, I guess).

I'd like Miranda as a boss fight quite a bit, perhaps via hallucination or computer simulation. She could be quite as much trouble as Vasir.

My niggling fear is that she'll be killed off or captured and tortured to establish Leng as a threat.

(Sorry but going back to a previous topic of her appearance.)

Since it's obvious we're getting Normandy outfits and armored outfits (I trust Bioware to have Ashley in armor during fights...) but Bioware should take hints from Chuck since Sarah and Miranda are first of all the same actress and second of all, both badass ladies who can blow your head off from a couple hundred meters .

In which case, non-combatant Miranda could potentially wear a skirt. Combatant should have her hair tied back. If heavy armor is a no go, how about a tough leather look/? As for her heels...give her Tela Vasir heels - heels but low for combat.

I'm afraid of that as well. Especially if she gets killed off (if so and I can't do anything to prevent it, I hope there's an ending where you can sacrifice yourself to defeat the Reapers- I think I mentioned that already). If she gets captured & tortured, I'll drop everything to go on a rescue mission. Either way, no matter what, Kai Leng dies.

I'd prefer her hair as is. It's one of the things I find attractive about the character and something I would consider quasi-iconic for her, as the visor is for Garrus.I'd be perfectly happy if her combat armor was recolored AA with visor removed. Civilian outfit: I think her grey and white ensemble from Redemption would be fine. I don't think she'd look good in a skirt, and the fewer cues they take from Chuck, the better.

During some episodes of season 4, I think it was Chuck's team who took hints from Mass Effect 2 for Sarah's appearance.

Leather suit is fine, as long as she doesn't wear heavy armor (the APP2 really pissed me off : the only DLC I didn't buy).
I agree with the lower heels.

It's a nightmare scenario. The last thing I want is to see her stuffed into the fridge (google women in refrigerators). Dead on the SM would be preferable to that. And I do seem to have a large number of scenarios I'd kill her over. But they all boil down to the same thing: I want a competent, reasonably focused operative. I don't want her under any other terms.

This
I let a squadmate who threatened her, die. Imagine what I would do to Kai Leng

But I would be even more happy if it's Miranda who kill Kai Leng

Since I'm getting a 360 soon and I'm going to start from ME1 on that, I'm seriously considering killing off Jack when I get to ME2. I do agree that it would be better for Miranda to kill Leng, though I'd be more than happy to do it myself if I have to, even if there's an option to recruit him.

I guess you didn't read Retribution.

You've been following Patrick Weekes haven't you!
He mentioned that a few days ago...but its not what you think so don't worry

The whole recruit Kai Leng thing has been compared to the optiion to recruit Zevran from DA
Of course I don't really agree to it

I understand the comparaison, but to me it doesn't make sense to recruit him, even with a pro-human Shepard.
