I haven't done a Mirimance playthrough yet *grabs flame shield* but I agree that the engine room is a bizzare choice. Still having a hard time coming up with the psychological reasoning behind it (maybe Bioware just wanted something unique).kraidy1117 wrote...
The best lines to pick are are you jealous, don't know, don't care and no promise's. Those are good and don't make me cringe. Now if only her scene was not in the fooken engine room -.-

If they did't want it in Shepards room, then they could have done it in her room.

There is nothing wrong with the engine scene other than lack of dialogue. Horrible, awful lack of dialogue.
But dry humping? WHERE? Point me to the dry humping! I don't see it.
@ Pacifien - in my playthroughs Miranda comments on the base decision even if my other squadmate doesn't speak up.

My only problem with the engine room scene is that I can't make any ****ing sense of it. Why did she choose that location, why did she feel the need to "clear out" Tali and Jack? Why couldn't we just use her gigantic bed in her room?Nightwriter wrote...

Really, it seems like it was just pulled out of the air.

Dry humping does not bug me, but the enginge room is not romanctice, not to mention there is hardly any dialog. All there is "I cleared the engine room, be there in five mintues" and Shepard acts like a horny kid

It also hurts her character alot because it gives the Miri haters the impresion that Miri is only there for sex <_<

If the other squadmate is Garrus, Grunt, Legion, Mordin, or Zaeed, I can see that. And, of course, if you choose to destroy the base, she'll tell the Illusive Man to shove it.Nightwriter wrote...

Nah, just kidding! I'm just here to show some support. If you guys don't mind it of course.
And if you ask me what my stand is on Miranda: Even through she is low on my list of favorites among the likeable characters. I still like her because she actuelly has a good friendship path, the "It's been an honor" talk is great.
And her overpowered skill-tree didn't hurt either.

Why don't you ask BioWare that question. Cuz I'd really like to know.
I mean as far as I knew, the romance was going fine, the scene preceeding that one involved a touching hug and a meaningful moment that made me misty-eyed.
Then BAM SEX IN THE ENGINE ROOM RAWR!!
