On Illium, just after the conversation with an asari to start Thane's recruitment mission, the game freezed during a loading screen.

The "problem" is that there is an autosave during this loading screen : this autosave is my only save, and I fear that it may be corrupted or something, in one way or another, because I had to unplug my Xbox and I know you're not supposed to do it while the game is saving...

I started the game again and loaded this save : the game resumed with a cutscene which was supposed to happen just before the loading screen, and I could play normally without any problem.

This is why my question can seem stupid, but I just want to be sure : is there any chance that my save can be corrupted? This is an imported save from ME1 and I would like to use it in ME3 : I don't want to start a new game from scratch just to have a valid save...

If your save was corrupted, it wouldn't have loaded when you rebooted the Xbox. You should be fine.



Now for the lambasting. Why in the maker's name would you ONLY keep one save going at ANY time for ANY game? Don't you ever back-up anything? At minimum, you should keep 5-10 save games going for each character and 15 or more is recommended. Always keep more than one going. ALWAYS!
