Haha- I know- I've since rolled back to 1.02 but when playing Awakening or Origins with 1.03 I'd actually try to avoid using certain spells, or purposefully try and take out mages ASAP because I'd fear they'd end up crashing my game to desktop!

Like the one i had today in Honnleath; I came up to the "second" encounter and well.. first the game started to become "choppy" and then the ps3 died. Or the picture froze and well.. i had to reboot the ps3. And i had to do that same thing 3 times in a row. Tho it didnt happend at the same place everytime. But well.. seems to be at that encounter tho. After i came past that part the rest of Honnleath played out fine(cant be more specific without giving out spoilers).
But the most annoying thing about the game atm i have to say is the looting. Having to wait everything from 1-5 minutes for the loot to show up on mobs. Sure you might have 1 mob giving loot.. But then you'll have to wait a min or two for the rest of the mobs in that pack to show of their loot. Starting to get on my nerves i have to say.
And ofc you have the choppy feel while walking ofc. Dont know if thats a frame rate issue or what it is.. But the graphic seem to pause a 0.025 sec for every step you take. Makes the game feel like its lagging. Its like the game is locked at 20fps or something? And i hope thats not the case =S.
Im used to playing titles on the ps3 that are pretty far more good looking and bigger than this game is.. And yet it currently feels like im playing a high end game on a low end pc.
I really hope these problems gets fixed. Since im trying to love the game. As i have loved every other Bioware title.
Still, keep up the good work and im looking forward to the rest of the patch note announcement.

They ARE prioritized according to importance. Expecting everything to be fixed at once, or because someone complains they want "pretty armor" ...isn't going to change the priorities.
Game working as it should is more important first off. Graphical fixes would be secondary to that. From my prior experience anyway. As to how Bioware does things...it could be different, I haven't been in on any closed beta with their products to know how they proceed.

Also i am having problems downloading all the DA J promo items with the edge.
I can at most get the amulet of war mage and the edge.
They seem to all count as Promo items 2 Yet everytime i try to download them and then unplug my networking they seem to disappear.Then my games are not playable because i can not get them all together.I have tried deleting and redownloading 10 times and has yet to fully work permanently. Maybe look into it?

Unless you're playing a full dexterity build, the dagger fix is actually going to lower damage out for 360 users. The fix won't just add dexterity to the damage calculations, it will halve the contribution from strength/cunning w/lethality at the same time. Pre fix dagger's scale 100% with strength(before attribute modifier), and afterwards will scale at 50% strength and 50% dexterity(before attibute modifiers), halving the maximum damage output of a dagger.

I am on the 360 and appear to have the same problem. If im not connected to xbox live i cant play DAO because it says an item is missing, it dosent help trying to download the item again it just says the same thing. BTW its usually Helm of the Deep thats the problem

Otherwise i have to manage aggro as a rogue which can be hard for me without a tank that can handle taunting all the enemies.*i try to play the game without mage heals and making tons of health pots/at max i limit myself to 50 lesser and anything higher i find per main plot*

I mean, stop asking them "WHEN DOES v1.04 COMES OUT!" "I WANT IT NOW" IT HASN'T PASSED Q&A OR HAD ALL FIXES DEVELOPED YET!!! They can not possibly know or estimate until they know what they intend to fix, what they have fixed or what has been verified to be fixed via Q&A.
Think of wanting a hot coffee from a coffee pot that hasn't reached boiling temperature yet, Sure you can have have your coffee NOW it's just it won't be hot. Thats essentially what everyone asking for an ETA is trying to make happen with v1.04, get them to release it before it has been properly developed or tested.
Considering the problems v1.03 created, I wouldn't put it past them to dedicate a whole week to test each bug fix and make sure it works with there being 1 or 2 months dedicated to playing through the whole game and testing it as a whole fo bugs.

Must be nice not to use play testers for these last few games (ME2, Dragon Age Origins, Awakenings and all downloads for them) or just ignore what they find. Wonder if its budget cuts or EA’s doing…

Anyhow, i would prefere to ask a question.
Is there a bug with a rogues dexterity? On my lv17 her 38 dex dnt rlly do much defence. Is this because im poorly choosing my stats or is it a bug?
