I've been looking for a couple of hours now for the DLC fo ME2. I've installed what's under my registered promotions that I got from Cerberus just fine. I simply haven't a clue as to where to find things like Stolen Memory and the alternate appearance pack. The only page that I've seen leads to screenshots on the download link. I have the bioware points ready to go, so I'd like to use them, heh.
