Warden Commander's Armor glitch for DA:O

There is a problem with the Warden's Commander Armor that is gotten off of the corpse of Sophia Dryden. When equipped by any female elven or dwarven character it does not display properly. It instead looks like Wade's Dragon Bone Plate armor. It doesn't display the chest emblem at all, it is the wrong color and the shoulders are also the wrong color. When equipped on a male character it displays fine. Please fix this.

I havent heard this one before.. D: Have you tried re-doing the battle, checked disc for scratches? (I had a super clear Awakenings, then when I plug it in it refused to spin, destroying my disc.. And it was the 3th day I had the game :| )

I have the game installed to hard drive, so the disc doesn't spin, it's just in the slot cause the disc is needed for the game to play. I've reloaded the game, I've switched out armors repeatedly. I still get the same problem. The armor looks like Wades Dragon Plate Armor in DA:O. Awakenings you can't use the Warden Commander Armor cause DLC for DA:O with the exception of the Sword you get from downloading Darkspawn Chronicles, doesn't transfer over.
