So, I guess that means you liked it?

I played it a few months after it was released, it's a great game despite its flaws.

And the community patch fixes most flaws.

So you get a lockpick even if you don't do the tutorial? Awesome :wizard:

Not much I can add to this other than yes, great game. I bought it when it released and was not at all disappointed. It became the only game I played until well into February of the following year. That said, this topic is... iffy. As long as it doesn't devolve into a spam fest I won't lock it.

One of my fav's. Love the song selection. Hated the Prince. Loved Nines Rodriguez.

I've still never actually finished it, despite really loving it. ... *Mooches to find the disk to reinstall*

You haven't played as a Malkavian yet? They are by far the most interesting conversationalist in there. Add to that the obfuscation skill and ninja stabs and you have pure win.

Never finished either as I kinda just tried to enjoy being a vampire. That stupid stealth mission...

I LOVE Heather. More than Tali.

Great game, deserves its props. It's unparalelled in terms of writing and atmosphere, good in terms of quest design (at least until you hit those bloody sewers), great in terms of character costumization (at least until you hit those bloody sewers and only combat skills become important), and generally just good fun (until you hit those bloody sewers). Recommended for everyone who likes rpg's and wants to be a vampire (not a Twilight kind of vampire, though, screw those).

Nope wanted the normal experience first and after that one of the "special" clans.

Haha, Malkavian is so bat**** insane, I'm almost tempted to reinstall it and give it a go. But then you wouldn't haunt my dreams.

Quoth the bartender, imbibe the fluffy fuchsia underwear.

The difference between you and me is I remember what I saw when I was truly dead. You'd be mad too.

I'll have to haunt you for not playing it sooner.

The abandoned hospital was creepy but when those mouth/feet fleshthings started to appear all over the mansion I freaked out, and the sewers were a pain in the arse.

I wanted to try Nosferatu but I kept being discovered or got lost in the sewers so I gave that up

Toreador I think (the artsy pretty vampires that get bonus to seduction) ftw.
Also: Install the "save heather" mod before playing, or you're a heartless bastard.

Unique game. Worth of playing, perhaps not worth of completing. Some later parts are terrible,
dungeon crawls (in cRPG with no xp for kills T_T wtf?).

For what would I need a mod? I had Heather in my haven the whole time. Posted Image

And I also played as a Toreador, she looked damn sexy in the heavy leather outfit. =P

And it's okay to haunt me in my dreams.. The voices will kill you...
