Ok guys, I just wanted to know how to create a custom weapon or armour, from scratch.
I've profficient in Autodesk Maya, Zbrush, 3DS Max and Blender. But what software is used for modelling custom content? and how do I import then into the game database?

you need to model your weapon/armour with bones as needed, export it using eshmes tools for 3ds max or the blender script (dont know anything about that one). For it to show up in the toolset you need to make a new weapon/armour variation file so that it is selectable as an appearance for medium armour or dagger type weapon or whatever. From there its just a matter of making the item in the toolset, exporting it and giving it to your character.
