So, I finally figured out how to get Bioware Points from Ea. I copy the link, and then it takes me to the home page.
WTFFFF
Can someone break this damn spell, and show me where to go to get these points by clicking, not by links.

Er... Sorry about the language. I am kind of mad. As I can't for the life of me buy these points using a visa or a mastercard.

Go to eastore.com and look for a search button somewhere on the page. Type the word "bioware" in the text box and hit the search button. Look for the product called "1600 bioware point" or similar and add it to your card. Pay using your Visa card and you should receive a code to redeem on this site or maybe they add the points directly to your account, I'm not sure.

Sigh. Yeah, this really sucks. I searched 'bioware' All it found was mass effect? This is really annoying, and lame. I mean, come on. I just want to buy one of THEIR games. Really lame.

If you select Profile (in the menu under your pic on the left), then Add BioWare Points, are you getting an error, or what happens?



By default, if you are not logged in, the points site will bounce you back to Social to login first (we need to know what account to deal with). But if you are logged in here and follow the Add BW Pts link that should work.

Finally! A bioware official. But unfortunately, so so off. Ugh, I can continue to the buying page. After I fill everything out. It says ''Adding Points...'' Then it says ''Please try another payment method. It was rejected by the processor'' It has done this not to just me, but many other people using Master and Visa Card. Do you know if any other type of gift card works? If not, do tell me where to get Ea points my clicking. This is getting hectic. And I'm starting to doubt if Bioware likes its fans.

EA Store also sells them, but I think they're a bit more expensive there (could be wrong). Horrible store IMHO, had no end of trouble trying to get the Mirror's Edge Time Trial pack from them.

Could you not try PayPal or something else? I'm pretty sure that's an accepted method of payment.

Ive searched EA store as well for bioware points no results... when i try to buy them at bioware social i am unable to as the final checkout page ater selecting payment option and amount of points desired nerver comes up or when it does it says page temporaryily unavailable...



Please Help! is anyone else getting the same message...or does that mean support is actually working on the problem?

I too got that. I hope they are fixing it, finally.

I more so hope that it was my talk with the Bioware guy that did it.

As for buying points, we're working on adding this to the EA Stores worldwide, but at the moment you are still only able to purchase these through the link here on social as well as in a retail box in certain countries in Europe.

Sorry for the late response...I am still have the same issues with the link on my profile only now the page doesn't even progress but rather reroutes me back to the same page only my selected payment method is now unchecked... :C
