OMG....i´ve been surfin in the net for days and cant still resolve this, hot de f**k do I merge my accounts, im really REALLY tired, I already used my Collectors Edition code here, but looks like this account is linked with another EA random account or it simply unlinked with my EA account, it will SUCKS to know that my code just go to the trash because the f******g programmers just couldnt recieve the code ingame.
Is there a way I can contact someone to help me merge my EA account(that is linked to my gamertag) and this Account(that has my code for de collectors edition armor?).
I really hope i can get in touch with some EA site manager or something, this is kick in the balls for all the FANS that spent more money in a "better" edition....>=(....shame on you

I also have the collector's edition.. Did you by any chance type in the cerberus code (on the cerberus card) when you first played the game? Like it prompted you when you first got to the menu? That's what I did.

You can log in to your EA account at ea.com - I'd suggest trying to log in with any of your email accounts from the last few years to see which one your gamertag wound up attached to. Whether or not this works, contact EA support and have them figure it out and merge the two, there's really no other way to get it done. A lot of people had this issue around the time of ME2's launch.
