i've established a stand alone mod, to test the armors that i made,(for example i used the clothing girl 3 texture on a massive armor) but
when i enter it, they arn't coloured the way i set them in the toolkit,
can anyone help? in every stage of the toolkit they appear with the
colours i want, even when i placed them into the area, the appeared with
the right colours, but when i go ingame, they go to defult colours.
whats going on and how do i fix it?

did you export the resource? R click > export. If everything looks correct in the toolset, you've obviously got the files in your override set up correctly... (unless you're modifying a different module in the toolset to the one you're testing in-game)... I can't think why there would be any difference except if you havent exported...?

oh you used a different material? i thought youd retextured it. hmm, ive not tried to apply a material that "shouldnt" exist on an item to that item. you may be better off using a tint to recolour your item. thats whats normally done. if you need a full retexture then you may have to duplicate the armour, add a new variation to the heavy armour variations sheet and modify the mao and textures that way.
