I boought return to ostagar, wardens keep and the Darkspawn chronicles. While they were downloading it told me to patch to the latest version, so I did. I closed DA and patched it when the download came, now when I launch, all the downloaded content it labelled as unauthorised and shows up as available, unbought content. It seems my $20 has been wasted...is there anything I can do?

as usual, DLC problems belong to the according tech support forum, in your case: (as I can't see your registered games, you'll have to figure it out for yourself)

they are actually two completely seperate stores and websites these forums are intended for issues regarding www.biowarestore.com where as points are obtained from https://points.bioware.com/webeloieli wrote...

The sticky that Chris Priestley wrote and that is to be found at the top of the forum, says not a single word about DLC and Points.

...also, before you go and potentially rebuy the desired DLC, you should check this list first: Profile>Your registered game promotions. Assuming what you have bought is on that list, then rebuying the DLC likely wont matter and simply being logged into the proper BSN account through the game should unlock the desired DLC - i would foremost suggest patience, as it sometimes takes a while for the game and your account to communicate appropriately. But, as the others have mentioned, you should go to the proper forum - as its obviously a technical issue with the DLC involving the patch, i would suggest posting in the proper tech support forum...as there seems to be no problem concerning points or with your actual purchase (assuming the DLC items are correctly showing up on the list linked above), i would advise to not bother posting in the Points forum.
