Anyone compiled a list yet?

Whether you killed warlord Darius or negotiated a treaty
Whether you killed Charn on Asteroid X57
Whether you killed Balak on Asteroid X57 or left him for Alliance interrogators
How you treated R.Adm Mikhailovich when he wanted to do an inspection
Whether you killed weapons dealer Jax (part of Chellick/Rita's Sister assignment)
Whether you killed Inamorda on Noveria
Whether you returned the quasar device to Schells
Charles Saracino endorsement >> though he was mentioned in ME Ascension
Whether you turned off Jacob's life support in UNC: Lost Freighter
Recovery of Gavin's data on Feros
Pinnacle Station

Also, is the dialog on Tuchanka different if you never recruited Wrex?

Balak on X57 carries over, but so far only in the form of a news anouncement.

^ Uhm, and why would these carry over? You get a mail from Dr. Michel iirc, and the AI bomb gets a new report during an elevator ride in ME1.

I really wish they expanded on those more in ME2. Specially the sole survivor - Cerberus relationship.

Any decision that didn't seem to bare fruit by ME2's time-frame should and can show itself in ME3. It's just a matter of whether or not BioWare will look at it that way, which I genuinely hope they will.

Sole survivors can speak with Miranda on why she likes Cerberus, and Akuze will show up as a bottome left choice.

How the heck did I miss that one!?

Do you have to kiss her ass () in order to get to it? Because in my main Shep playthrough I bash all Cerberus members.

N7 mission Lost Operative alludes to this, specifically:

Interrogator: Cpl. Geero

Subject: Cerberus Agent Tyrone Rawlings

Eclipse targeted Agent Rawlings some time ago.We know Rawlings is
connected to the encrypted data we acquired. The data could conclusively
prove Cerberus' involvement in rachni experiments. We believe Rawlings
possesses a a cipher that can be used to decrypt the data. Without his
cipher, the data could take years for Eclipse to decode.

I wonder if some ME choices will carry over to ME3. Shadow Broker still owes me a favor if I remember correctly.

Background-specific missions carry over. For example, if you were earthborn and didn't kill Finch, you get an email from him saying his family got abducted by the Collectors. Plus Miranda says you have no formal education.

Wrex family armor

No "choice" here. Unlike Tali's personal mission, you cannot refuse to give Wrex his armor after retrieving it.

the data you got for that guy on Feros
the misson with the guy who was brain dead

Good ones, added to list.

- the AI bomb on the presidium

No "choice" here. The AI computer exploded regardless if you shot the power junction or played the simon minigame.

The bottom option talks about the expiriments on husks, rachni, and thorian creepers that Cerberus did in ME1.

Akuze is never an option, nor mentioned besides the little chat in the beginning with Jacob and Miranda. The game doesn't even let you call Cerberus out on it. <_<

I don't believe you do. It is a conversation when she says that she can help change your view or something like that.

What assignments are these?

RP105a_Expose_Quest_Completed_Gave_Info

Got Elkoss Combine license

I remember getting a license from the Asari diplomat but I don't think it was Elkoss Combine.

That, I believe is giving Fist's data to Emily Wong. I presume that's the marker that leads to her emailing you with the pretext of an interview with "your favourite reporter".

Also, backgrounds do carry over as mentioned. Spacers will hear reports of their mother Hannah Shepard turning down an admiralty position and you get an email off her too (assuming you completed the "Old Unhappy Far Off Things" quest anyway)

helping Doctor Michel

Banes – nuff said. It had something related to Kahoku and Cerberus. There are some theories which suggest that Banes could be TIM himself.

Conrad was "bugged"

I loled.

prothean disks, turian insignias, asari writings, medallions

It takes a very, very long time to gather all these things. I even had them in excess with my main Shepard. It’s very irritating that they didn’t account these things at all. I might as well add minerals to the list because there is also no single story element that mentions something about them.

listening post alpha

This was one of my favourite missions in the whole game. It has a good battle where you fight off a horde of rachni while holding the line. You also put a lot of risk when you enter the infested mine where you fight against even tougher brood warriors. And you get to meet Lt. Durand. She is one of my favorite NPCs and I would like to see her face. I’m also wondering what happened with all these marines that survived, how did they move on with their lives and whether they were picked up or not?

listening post theta

Related to Cerberus as well. You blow up a ship full of rachni and you get some information about ‘the general’. Who is that?

the misson with the guy who was brain dead

Because I didn’t pull the plug. I wasn’t a family member so it wasn’t my right to decide. I just want to know if he dies if you leave him alive like that. I don’t remember calling someone to pick him up so maybe he dies slowly in a condition like that before someone finds the ship in the next 100 years or so.

If he was found alive and if you count the science behind the Lazarus project then there is a possibility that someday he could have a normal life again.

You can choose whether you want to do these missions or not. So there is a choice after all. I want to know if the AI was discovered if you don't do its mission. If so I want to know whether it managed to explode and kill any bystanders that were nearby, which could be dozens of people. As for Wrex and his armor, it would be obvious that you become closer friends with him if you find his armor.

I'm pretty sure Wrex says something different when you ask him about Grunt's loyalty mission depending on whether you helped him get the family armor

Wait how do you get renegade Ashley...I'm guessing this is when you feed her racists feelings towards aliens?

The game, as a rule, does not give consequences for "inaction". Theoretically, by not completing the UNC: Missing Marines mission, you keep Kahoku from finding out too much and getting killed by Cerberus. By leaving Asteroid X57 before entering the central facility, you let the asteroid crash into Terra Nova and wipe out 4 million people. No way the game can give you this kind of freedom. It would be akin to usurping the throne for yourself in TES IV Oblivion.
