I've played Baldur's Gate and NWN, but I would've never imagined you could produce such an outstanding game as the DA... it's even more than a game, it's like reading an exciting book but with full interaction.
I've enjoyed pretty much everything here: the original world that is both so familiar and new at once, the epic plot line, the characters (that "Firefly captain" being one of my all-time favorites
of course) that are so alive, the beautiful graphics, the witty - oh so witty 
dialogues, the best ever voices (huge respect to Tim Curry and his colleagues)...You've put so much work and talent into this product, I can only stand up and take off my hat in respect.
Sure, there are people who could point at shortcomings etc., but I try to look beyond that, for this is a tremendous amount of work done.
Although many people hurry to alter faces of in-game characters, I think the ones you've created are very thought-through - Morrigan looks dignified (the trailer version - sorry - just looks cheap), the heavy-featured Sten is pretty convincing, the family resemblance between Maric's sons is a very nice touch, the Crow is... well as he should be
, and Leliana is both very fragile and strong (also much better than the trailer version) evoking Jeanne d'Arc,and I like them all the way they are.
I wish I had the honor of knowing you personally.
So thank you guys for these hours of "absolute pleasure"
