graue Screenhotsvorschau

Hello,
I'm sorry I don't speak German. Hopefully you understand english.
I have the exact same problem, and we are numerous nevertheless to have grey pictures instead of clean screenshots in game menus.
The reason is that the game can't read correctly the screenshots if the path for accessing them contains some non-english characters. In other words, as your personal game datas are kept in "your documents" folder under your Windows user name, then if your session name holds for instance an accent, like Cäcilia or Matthäus, like this : "C:\\\\Users\\\\Matthäus\\\\Dokumente\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age", then because of this little thing ¨, the game will fail to read the screenshot.
I searched but I didn't find out a way to have the pictures correctly displayed when your Windows user name holds a non-english character. A workaround is to play under another session which doesn't contain any special character.
