I have tried connecting to Xbox Live but when it connects from my internet to Live it comes up saying your MTU must be 1364 or higher. I have changed it to 1364 and it is still not working. Any suggestions?

If I understand correctly, the MTU setting on your computer shouldn't matter and that's what Dr. TCP does; changes the MTU of your PC. The MTU must be changed on the router. If you are wired directly into a high speed modem then you;re out of luck. If not, and you have a router between your high-speed internet and the XBox, then use a computer connected to the same router and access the router's control panel (your router manual will tell you how, or checking online).

Somehwere in the advanced settings of your router, you'll find the MTU (maximum transmission unit) setting. XBox 360 requires between 1364 and 1492. Keep the packets as small as possible to avoid bottlenecks, the minimum desireable setting being 1365 (not 1364).

( I got that from Yahoo! Answers)
