I seem to have created multiple personas and my characters won't upload on the first one. Can someone Help me!!

i already talked to ea and it I asked them to delete my new personas and retain my oldest one. which worked fine until. I da reuploaded my character but now it doesn't show up on my profile page. I checked the diagnostics no errors all green checked. but the character doesn't show up.

I am confused by your use of the word persona. What is it you have multiples of?
