I just hope they improve the death system in Fable III. I liked Fable II but not being able to die was the game's real kick in the nuts. The game had no challenge at all and getting a scar as a penalty for dying was incredibly lame, especially since getting scars is even desirable if you want to play an evil or battle hardened looking character.

True that it can be cool to have scars even without dying a bunch, however I think it's ok that the game didn't really have death because really - what's the point of death in a game? You just reload. Some games just have an autosave so you can restart a little earlier than your last challenge. In a game like Fable, you're the point of the game. So if you die, there is no game.
