Tali was on wish list for a long time. Don’t bring her in to it.
And are we talking to add that option to all Li characters? Or only Ahs and Kaidan? Well fine go ahead, I wish you full sails!
If someone will bury that option deep enough so no one will even notice it exist – I agree.
Like in ME1. I never knew that Kaidan wasn’t straight… No wonder I never trusted him to watch my back. Brrrrrr.
But keep In mind that simple FACT.
After you know the truth you cannot run or hide from it, your view is not the same, your judgment and decisions are not the same.
I’m sure most people will not be able to enjoy romantic involvement with bisexual characters.
Hell No! This is not just a game. Super Mario is just a game!
When developers spend days and night to bring life to characters - it happens!
Writers thinking about dialogs and delicate scenes. They scraping old lines and replacing them with new ones. I can imagine what kind of hell developers going through to create ME3 right now.
It is all about “maximum impact”, In my dictionary it means art that sends shivers down your spine, set tears in to your eyes at the moment of maximal impact on player, reader or viewer.
I won’t have it... the pleasure of it. Because it will be denied to me if I will know th truth about characters.
Would you kiss your husband or wife if you knew that five minutes ago they were sleeping with some hairy fat dude?
DEMOCRACY?!
Democracy is when two wolves and one lama disusing what to have for diner.

I'm going to address the part of your post that I can actually make some semblance of sense of. >.>
A little defensive over Tali, I see. Well, I'm afraid the double standard has dragged her right into the middle of this, alongside Garrus. They're tough, they'll survive it. And I think you'll find a m/m romance option has been on some players' wishlists for just as long.
I think just one gay character in the game is what people are asking for, to balance the choices somewhat. FemShep can have Liara (and other female romantic interactions) so I think it only fair that MaleShep players who wish it can have their m/m romance as well.
But, as I've said, it's easy for me to say as it wouldn't directly affect me anyway.

Haha, gay themed humor. <_<
Tali is relevant to the discussion because of an apparent change in Shepard’s and Tali’s interaction from Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2, and this very dynamic is what many people are citing as a pretext to exclude same-sex content in Mass Effect 3. “It wasn’t in the previous game!” Well, nothing in the previous game made me think Shepard would ever be sexually attracted to a quarian or a turian, and yet, there it is in Mass Effect 2. So, tell the rest of the kids to stop using that particular argument, and we’ll stop “bringing Tali into it”.

Uh, what truth?
Creator001 wrote... I’m sure most people will not be able to enjoy romantic involvement with bisexual characters.
Oh really. Is this the aforementioned FACT? Because it’s not a fact. It’s an assumption, and an assumption based on a personal bias. For that matter, “most people” could be a group as low as 51% of the gaming community, so even by the internal logic of this assumption, 49% of the community might enjoy romantic involvement with bisexual characters. Why wouldn’t BioWare want to provide something that fully 49% of their players would enjoy? Don’t forget, I’m using YOUR logic here...

Hey, I agree with this. But while I share this opinion, it’s not a FACT.

They’re probably enjoying the challenge. I dunno though. All speculation. Still no FACT.

I’m assuming we’re not talking about a literal dictionary, but a personal ideology. And I actually don’t really have any disagreement with this statement, though I still wouldn’t call it a FACT.
Creator001 wrote... I won’t have it... the pleasure of it. Because it will be denied to me if I will know th truth about characters.
I wouldn’t have the same reaction. Therefore, this is not a FACT.
Creator001 wrote... Would you kiss your husband or wife if you knew that five minutes ago they were sleeping with some hairy fat dude?
What does infidelity have to do with anything? I don’t understand what this has to do with anything else. Are you saying that because a bisexual could be attracted to either gender that they are therefore promiscuous and continually sexually active? Because that’s all I can really puzzle out of this statement. If this is what you’re trying to say, this is not a FACT.

Random. And again, not a FACT.

So I say to Hell with it!! THERE IS MY REASON:

This is actually a cool video, and I agree with a lot of what people are saying in it, I’ve had similar reactions to Mass Effect 2. But nowhere does it mention anything about same-sex content, and how that would diminish any of the experiences people are talking about in the video. And this video is a presentation of various people’s impressions and reactions to Mass Effect 2, all of which are personal opinions. So once again, no FACT.
Well, we already know that Liara and Kaidan/Ashley are coming back as full squad mates, so it's safe to assume that people will at least be able to continue existing ME1 romances. Would be nice if Kaidan and Ashley embraced their bisexual nature in ME3, but if not, I'll still buy the game. I'd actually rather that Kaidan and Miranda were the bisexual LI choices, I don't like Kaidan and Ashley being treated like a single character with a different skin and voice. They're not like the two versions of Shepard, they're individuals in their own right.
I wonder what ME3 ill be like for the modders. I have a femshep who's with Miranda and she had dialogue about how she cared for Miranda in LoTSB. Hopefully they get to stay toggether (in this Sheps case get back with Ashley)
I would not expect to hear about romance options for Mass Effect 3 for a while; a few weeks prior to launch at the earliest.
And considering how Bioware never actually released the identities of the bi options in DA2, I'm guessing we may not know who is romanceable by who until after the game comes out (or until we get confirmation via previewers, leaked guidebooks, etc.)

If it's anything like the lead up to DA2, I'm going to have a ball speculating and looking for ******-bits That was so much fun. Aufgestockt!

My nature is like water. It can be cold and solid like Ice, it can be open to new ideas and take everything in like liquid. depends on temperature
I respect you and agree with your right, you deserve to have fun and fully enjoy all aspects of the game. It is simply a matter of acceptance. I can’t do it
I saw DA2. The game disappointed me in more than 1 way. I will not be able to get over it if ME3 will crash my hopes.
So mainly I would never even start to defend STRAIGHT way of thinking, if it wasn’t for DA2.
BTW your avatar reminded me of how cute Ash is.. truly uniq character.

I hope they don't give away too much of the story too early, knowing all the squadmates before ME2 was released wasn't ideal...
Although, I can imagine the forum reaction (especially in threads like this) if s/s romances ever were confirmed for ME3. I wonder if it would be possible to confirm through a demo, if one was ever released, like some found with DA2?
