yea thats true but its also kinda my point. if i kill her then why not make her NO respawn? and the game could carry on from what actions i have taken. i remember for jacks mission she really annoyed me by trying to make me feel sorry for her, like blah blah blah. i was hoping to be able to lock her back in that room were she lived and then just leave her there to die of starvation but again the game mechanics just didnt allow this
*cough* I doubt Jack is the kind of person to try and make or even want people to feel sorry for her. I think she would insulted by that actually.
She was back in the place where her entire life was nothing but bloodshed and agony. Talking about it instead of just taking her rage out on you and the other squaddie is better. She was merely stating what happened.

@Ryzaki
I liked Anders and felt quite sorry for him. I don't agree with what he did by a long shot, but I can get my head around it enough to understand why he did it.

yes but when i try and walk away nothing happened and i was forced to listen to her explain about the windows and tables. very boring to listen to and if you play out more actions then the game would be much freer. maybe i could starve her for just couple of days? and this would teach her that i dont want to listen to her sob stories. something like this would be great because then the charactes could actually learn what i do and dont like about them

I clearly have much more sympathy towards royally f*cked up characters than you...
Jack - of course, none of what happened to her was her fault.
Freakin' Morinth - I can see in a sympathetic light, she's still wrong.
Alma Wade - dear god yes.

I've usually heard it as Heterosexuality isn't normal, just common.
Another one of my fav quotes on the subjects from the quote garden is "The Bible contains six admonishments to homosexuals and 362 admonishments to heterosexuals. That doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals. It's just that they need more supervision.' ~Lynn Lavner

i guess we'll agree to disagree then. i dont think any character should force you to listen to their history, i was so annoyed at not only jack because of this but also characters like samara because of her angry daughter, i tried to kill them both because i didnt like how she forced me to be her pimp but obviously i had to choose 1 to live. miranda annoyed me aswell because she was trying to find her distant cousin but i would prefer the rape option for miranda because she looked pretty good in the game (i prefer her looks to samara and jack)

I find it very amusing how the moment writers take a step in a good direction, people flip out. Anders hits on you; see it as a compliment. Think someone, not specifically a dude, thought you were good looking enough to sleep with. Even I can think that and the actual thought itself makes me shudder; not in the good way.
What's the thought on leaving LIs an BI but not having anyone start something with the PC regardless of gender etc?

I'm curious then, why did you bother playing the Mass Effect at all? Why not just stick with the Fallout games and any other one without any mandatory learning of a character's harrowing backstory?
My evilness generally just sticks to killing and maiming... I would never rape someone even in a game.
