There was no hate over there. They should't have locked it.

If it wasnt, it was certainly gettnig there, with "keep that to yourself" attitudes and patronizing going on.

Also, that's an asari. A hot one, i may add. I love it!Posted Image

Oh, I think the person I don't agree with is just wondering what gender an asari is, since according to the codex they're all female, but with them being female there's the double-standard of FemShep being homosexual.
And if it's not a female, it's a man, and then their MaleSheps have entered lots of homosexual relationships.

Boggles the mind, doesn't it?

Yeah. Im not quite sure. I think one of the devs described them as monogendered, and the codex says female, and since there is only ever two genders that I know of, they're screwed either way! Posted Image

This is not Twitter.

It's a social network. And as another social network I know of, it has no dislike-button as far as I can tell.
So shhhh... there, there.

It was the friendly way of just saying; "this is a thread for love; so don't poison it."

I prefer passive sarcasm to outright hostility until someone steps over a line. Then it's on. :bandit:

Anyway!

Guys, favourite pairing of Mass Effect?

Yep. This thread is full of it. I suggest navigating away if you do not enjoy such pleasures.

Gawsh, I'm terrible at picking favourites.
My FemShepard is someone whose mind's troubled with a bunch of serious stuff. And she needs someone to offer relief, and not, like, super-srs tough people. Since, well, she's doing that pretty well on her own.
I see my Elisabeth going very well with Liara right now. But someone I really, like, wanted implemented as an LI was Kasumi.

What?
Couples who are fundamentally very different tell the most interesting stories!

I did not like any of the LIs presented to my FemShep in ME-2, nor did I find that many characters very, well, deep or interesting. By that I mean New. They were all very... hm, I don't know, I think I just haven't spent too much time considering them and think of them as rather shallow. Anyway!
For my maleShep, I'd like a Kaidan. Except I can never bring myself to finish the campaign with him, because of the whole... lack of interesting LIs ordeal.

Oh, gawd, rant.

Manshep and Garrus or femShep and Ashley.
That's got bad@33 written all over it.

Okay, yes. A little bit.
But because I was all "Wait, Tali is a bi-LI now? Awesome, Bioware! Keep moving for-... oh." when I had 'the talk' with Tali, well, since then I've kind of shunned that romance. Stupid dead end.

Bastila in KotOR as a female Revan. Gawd that was frustrating. I actually put up with playing a male character to do it!

Hah! Awesome sarcasm to get back at those Heterosexual Shepard guys from that thread. 'tis nice to see some witty comments from you.

But back to seriousville, I've been very disappointed in Mass Effect's LIs being very unavailable for the kind of story you, as the player, want to tell.
I still say the DA2 way is the way to go. ^^

Options, options everywhere.

I'd certainly love to try this too, but KoToR seems to hate Windows 7. I cant run it at all. Blasted freezes on the start up screen!

Aww, well I've still got an old machine (that barely manages with ME2 to my chagrin) so I shouldn't have any problems, hopefully. I'm going to go track down that mod. >.>

Is KOTOR really that good of a game?
