I understand you don't want to be ignored, but by doing so you're willing to ignore the rest of the fandom.
Ideally, the game should have less homosexual content than the pro-gay romance party wants, and more than the anti-gay romance party wants. That way nobody is fully serviced, but at least it's fair for both sides.
You just want everything to be your way or the highway. It's difficult to reach an agreement with you.
Anyway, like I said, I'm in favor of homosexual content as long as not everybody is bi, because that feels forced. I think that's a fair enough compromise.

Practically everyone here would be satisfied with one or better two options to choose from.lolwut666 wrote...

Now of course if there are only two options that would require everyone to be bi. Since even an all bi cast of LIs of ME3 would not affect the previous games there would still be many more straight romances in the franchise so I do not see a cause for disbelieve here. That all the bisexuals exept Liara are concetrated in ME3 is slightly unrealistic, but on the other hand Shepard more or less survived chrashing into a planet from space without protection so realism already has to take the backseat in the franchise.

It wasn't forced it was just extremely hard to avoid. Just say she's out of line and BINGO no more romance with Ashley.

Sorry Ash, but even out of reach Kaidan makes better eye-candy. Plus there's the awesome dialogue on Horizon. Losing a limb

Poor Jacob... that is often his fate on my playthroughs too.
...
As for the 'all-bi characters keep hitting on me' thing, that isn't because they are bi, it's because that is how that character is written. As far as I know in DA2, Anders is the only one who will try to begin a romance with Hawke (regardless of gender - he does this with femHawke too). The other three wait for Hawke to initiate it, including very bisexual and promiscuous Isabela. Morrigan offers sex to a male Warden and gives out disapproval if you turn her down. Jack also does this. Liara indicates her feelings regardless of Shepard's gender. It's about how the character is written, not their sexuality.
And I don't see the issue when all romance is optional and you can either avoid it or shut it down.
Having said all this, I'm not bothered about all-bi options, so long as we can have at least one f/f and one m/m option.

I did it, as i did it for Anders. As i will did it with any character doing that kind of crap and giving me a good reason. Especially blowing up things for no reason and trying to kill me.

But Leliana is available for both genders in the vanilla game?
On 'killing off' characters - I wouldn't do it anyway, because you're missing out on extra content, sidequests, dialogue etc with that character that wouldn't be available if you, uh, kill them.
Though I can understand wanting to escape Jacob. >___>

Yeah, I never understood this. My first DA:O playthrough, I had zero clue a male could romance him and suddenly he's hitting on me because I'd unwittingly stumbled onto his romance track. Sure, I was rather surprised, but I simply told the guy "No thanks" and that was the end of it. Gave him some gold and whatnot to offset the approval hit, then we got on with the business of slaying darkspawn and Antivan Crows and stuff. It was, like, a minute or two of game time tops. Unless you're deliberately roleplaying a total psycho of a Warden, there's something very weird going on in your head if your reaction to that is "I have got to find a way to kill this person."

But the end result does need escaping, though. >_>

Yeah, it's not Jacob's fault. I feel almost bad for him but I have an aversion to his character because of BioWare's choice with FemShep's dialogue there. I avoided speaking to him at every opportunity on my second play through. >.>

Aside from his loyalty quest, I never speak to him. It's a shame, because maybe I'd like him more if I could talk to him without shuddering. Maybe one day I'll import a maleShep and do it that way.
