Does the Blood Magic talent allow you to use health for any spell, or does it simply allow you to use it for the Blood Magic spells?

Another question: Does the Cleansing Aura Spirit Healer talent restore health to the caster or just to allies?

Health for any spell that's not sustained.

i only have the first spell in blood magic, it is the sustained spell, but if you have that on and cast a spell it does take health away. the spell does have some more power to it i believe.

Blood Magic shouldn't make the spell more powerful as I understand it. What about Cleansing Aura? Does it affect the caster?

No, it does not. It only heals one's allies, but not oneself.
