I can't access the alienage for the unrest in the alienage quest, even after reloading, going back to a save before I talked to Anora and the Arl and talking multiple ways to the Arl AND/OR Anora. Is my game gliching majorly or am I missing something?
No idea what's wrong...Spoilers

Not enough information to understand your problem.
Where are you in the game?
Did you attempt to access the alienage from the marketplace?
You need to be in the Landsmeet portion of the game and I'm pretty sure once that all triggers you have to walk through the marketplace towards the tavern and the gate to the alienage will now be open. It was the one with the guard preventing access all game long.
