I bought the Deluxe version of ME2 off Steam for $60. Now from everything I have read, it was supposed to come with the Collector rifle and armor...yet I don't have it. Could someone please tell me why?

Steam will provide you with a key with the actual game key, a collector's edition key and (i dunno what the other one is ).

You have to register the promotion code keys with your EA on-line account and then download the new weapons and armor just like any other DLC. All the keys come up when you first start ME2 under Steam. I also have the Digital Delux edition, and think the new weapons and armor are well worth the extra cost! Nothing beats the Collector armor!
