Genlock's Rogue & Warrior Hybrids?

I've noticed lately, that higher level non elite genlocks have both Berserk (warrior talent) & Dirty fighting (rogue talent). Is this a bug, or is this typical of Genlocks that I've not noticed before?

Now I don't have it on PC so I can't use the Dev kit to make sure, but couldn't they have their own unique 'Genlock' class that contains both?

High-level enemies are sometimes like that in Dragon Age. For example, the Cultist Overseers have both Reaver (warrior) and Arcane Warrior/Mage talents. Obviously this is for story reasons, but it's another good example.
