Anyone know if DAO can be played on multiple computers.....I have two systems in my house that I use for gaming one is downstairs in my game room and one is upstairs in the computer room. Depending on what is going on I may not have the opportunity to go downstairs and play. When I bought witcher they included two codes that could be used for seperate systems but if you wanted to go to another pc for whatever reason you would have to uninstall from the first to be able to get your code back to reinstall  on the new pc.

I have purchased two games one standard and one CE from two seperate sources in the hopes of heading off this dilemma  but if I can load the game onto as many pc's as i wish playing each one individually then I will just give one of the games to my grandson as he is just turning 17 and it would make a good gift.

so if anyone can answer this i would appreciate it.

Dragon Age doesn't have SecuROM or anything like that - you can install on as many computers as you want, but you need to have the disc in the drive in order to play.

Getting it on Steam is a good idea too since you can install on any computer and play as long as only one of them is logged in.

Steam has an offline mode. So no you don't have to be connected to the internet.

Really so whats digital download? Isnt that just downloading the entire game on the computer?
I am gonna guess it can be done either way.

That is indeed what digital downloading is. SecuROM is a form of digital rights management or DRM, a totally differernt subject.

Xbox doesn't have this problem. You can play with your one disc on any computer without having to worry about installing or DRM or any of that crap.Posted Image
