To be honest though, after two long and meticulous playthroughs, I've just taken to using resource cheats for the rest of my characters. Mining was just too tedious.
Now listen to your PC fanbase and incorporate 100 times as many changes and fixes into Patch 1.10!

No, it doesn't. But, I've found that if I do my changes first thing once a mission starts, I don't get the crash.
Also, if it doesn't crash on the first move, but has that weird moving a power I'm not clicking on, but I continue moving things from slot to slot it actually corrects itself and after about the 3rd or 4th move, I'm actually moving the power I want to move, etc.
Otherwise, if I've forgotten to take care of the hotkey slots at the begining, I'm sure to create a save just before I try it in the middle of the mission.
It's an annoyance, for sure, but one that I've been able to work around. Would love to see it fixed, too, but it's not something that's keeping me from playing the game.
As for ish, I just figure the mission isn't complete since I didn't give the information to anyone. Ish was scared away and there's no option to to give it to aria's idiot batarian gaurd afterwards. IMHO what should have happened is I sacare ish away with paragon/renegade option then give the info to Aria. She then kills the batarian to finish out the quest and probably joins me as a fixture in the captain's cabin...just sayin
Otherwise, i'm still gearing up to see if Thane overides the squad ammo power with his shredder ammo... if that works and if jacob/grunt stop activating their sheilds without my command, then I'll be sooooo happy!

Using Tri Nvidia 9600 GSO's and it happens to me... not solely an ATI glitch.

That only happens when you're a soldier. The infiltrator gets a similar bug but when zooming in when using a sniper.PnXMarcin1PL wrote...
Annoying bug haven't been fixed. When you run to cover and e.g. garrus talks (archangel mission) or jadore when u go to cover their boices are being transformed into slow motion speech. IT's quite strange becauser this happens throughout the game when you run and someone talks.

So... instead of using one of your adoring and indentured Cerberus crewmembers to planet scan - its got to be you.
What about that swanky shackled AI? Hell - if you get a copy of a certain VI in game it should strip mine for you!
Glad you guys got the patch to update it regardless.

I think its something to do with Mass Effect when some players whines about sniper rifle going all over the place early on the game when looking down through the scope being used with those two classes.
Now some player whines about the slow motion effect in this game.
BioWare cannot win can't they.

Fun fact, that's actually an ME1 one bug. It went unnoticed because there was no way to actually notice it in ME1, it only shows up once a save has been carried over onto ME2.
IIRC the intended paragon choice carryover results in him never showing up directly in the game and instead you receive an email from him.

Still, there are some fixes (mostly with the cover mechanic), which is nice. But BioWare folks, please, turn your attention to fixing existing issues too, not only using patches to smooth DLC installation and management...

This is not a bug, it's time dilation. when the soldier storms (sprints) time slows a bit, and the infiltrator gets a time dilation bonus when scoped in order to place more accurate shots. It's intentional
And thank you BW for the patch! Still much to fix until this game is perfect, but it's a lot better than where it started. Keep up the good work!
