Also for those talking about the voice changes when playing as a soldier or infiltrator I think that's working exactly how it's supposed to. I mean, you're in time dilation so voices aren't going to be normal sounding when scoping or using AR. I actually think it helps with immersion when it comes to the slowing effect.

Since Overlord doesn't require the patch I would assume it doesn't apply it automatically.
I played some last night with the patch, planet scanning is way faster--I think the probes move faster too, but then it's been a while since my last playthrough so maybe that's not any different. I spent a few hours playing and all seemed stable, so far doesn't seem like the patch broke anything (not that I don't trust you Bioware, I just spent a few years downloading Sims 2 patches that broke as much or more than they fixed, so I'm inherently suspicious of patches).

I still see it grab "wrong" skills, yes. That seems to be fixed for me by just picking up and dropping the skills it's "trying" to grab into empty space. But I have yet to see it actually crash from doing hotkey swaps.

And most of all I get tired of losing focus (lost blue frame with objects ,and you can not activate object) It can not be only my problem.
