The Sonic RPG Bioware made was actually pretty decent, about as good as a Sonic RPG is going to get probably.
A portable Dragon Age RPG would be damn awesome!

Its been speculated that it is near the power of the WIi, but I'd venture that it is around a PS2 or maybe more powerful.
I guess Wii power sounds reasonable. I kind of hope BioWare takes advantage of the device.

BS, no way it's that powerful. Isn't the 3DS basically just a slightly overclocked DSi?

Nope. They said it was more powerful than the DSi. Exactly how powerful is still a mystery at the moment.

Are any of you getting your information from anywhere, or are we playing pull specs out of your ass? Because if we're doing that, I'm predicting that the 3DS will be 67 times more powerful than the TI-83 graphing calculator.
Honestly, I just figured that with so many iterations of the DS launched by Nintendo, that the 3DS was just another model of the DS with slightly tweaked hardware. I didn't figure it was an actual next generation system.

There was some talk about that prior to E3. People seem to be thinking and Nintendo seems to be implying that this is a next-gen handheld, but by giving it the familar DS name, they are kind of shooting themselves in the foot if that is the case.

I think it's not just the name but the fact that it has duel screens like the last one. I am by no means saying that it's a bad decision but people will probably think it's just an other version of the original DS when they see it. While they're not the same they all look the same to everybody else, get what I'm saying?

Certainly, they aren't being very clear at all.

I also heard they're remaking Starfox 64. Personally, I would prefer a sequel but it's been such a long time since we've seen anything Stafox that I can't help but be really excited about this.
I'll take a remake over another Star Fox Adventures.

Agreed, what a stupid game that was. I hope that it is a full fledged remake with new graphics, voice acting, and a whole bunch of extras. I'll be dissapointed if it's just a port of the Nintendo 64 game with 3d effects.

Yeah, if they give it the Goldeneye treatment, that would definitely be really cool.

From what they have shown the games far exceed what has been on the DS from a technical standpiont and to pull of the 3D effect in such a way I do not doubt that it has a powerful processor to handle it.

What? I loved Star Fox Adventure. It was my favorite of the series. I loved beating the crap out of Trickey.

I usually complain about the lack of original titles and the over reliance on game franchises from most developers. I make an exception with Nintendo though. The news of a new Goldeneye, Kid Icarus, Zelda, and Starfox has made me ecstatic.
The difference is that most sequels tend to get boring as they become more and more familiar. First-party Nintendo games still manage to be great.

I thought the controls, art and level design sucked royally. Also, when I play Starfox I expect to play a space shooter, not running around hitting evil dinos with a stick.
