I installed this DLC today and...I have a little problem, the languaje
is in Spanish from America !!!, I am spanish (spain) and I prefer
spanish from Spain, the languaje is diferent, diferent word and phrases
!!! It is the first DLC translated only in american spanish, anyone
knows why is it??????????

You probably will not get an answer on these forums, but wait a few days and try google for an reason. It is unlikely that this will be "fixed" because it would require a repeat of voice acting.

Spanish version of the game has not voice cast, but it has Spanish (from Spain) translation and International Spanish (South America) translation. The problem is that this DLC has not the ESN file atached, so that there's only Int Spanish and as Ruben said, it's completely different from Spain's Spanish.

Thurnee like jad2009 said before we need the translation (only text) in spain's spanish, for that we only need a few files, I think that it is very easy to get so we are waiting for a answer from bioware. All the DLC before are in our languaje, I don't understand why this not

Exactly. All the other DLC was in Spanish (Spain) but this one hasn't the ESN file wich contains the Spanish (Spain) text lines. So that, the DLC was installed with the Int version of the game, wich (excuse the expression) sucks

Sorry for you, but I play the DLC yesterday and it was in Spanish (Spain), and in the DLC directory there is an ESN and an INT file.



I'm playing on PC.



Vamos, que no note nada raro en la traduccion mas allá de un par de fallos con las tildes en el mensajito de nuevo contenido para descargar.

The DLC (at least mine) is not in Spanish (Spain) after downloading again and reinstalling the DLC. It is still in American Spanish



¿Puedes subir una screenshot en la que se vea una linea de dialogo de un personaje? Que sea del principio, para no meternos un spoiler o simplemente una screenshot del diario, para ver que expresiones usa en las misiones.

Nada, el tuyo también habla de usted y aunque no has puesto unos ejemplos muy claros, veo que está igual que el mio, asi que nada, han traducido en latino.

Bueno, si, en algun punto el tio este es un poco formal, pero no diría que está en latino. O por  lo menos no me lo ha parecido a mi.

En una segunda paartida veo que efectivamente hablan de usted, pero por lo demás está bastante bien traducido a mi parecer.

Los archivos da igual, ha quedado claro que está igual que el de los demás. Si que está en latino, lo que ocurre que es un correctísimo latino y que solo lo vas a apreciar en el usted y algunas expresiones como la de la empresa ambiciosa o cuidese.



En fin, dudo que lo corrijan ya que aparte de que somos 2 gatos, no es un problema grave y seguramente lo hayan hecho incluso aposta. asi que nada.



¿Tú sabes como poner los textos en ingles? porque casi que prefiero jugarlo in English xD

La verdad es que lo pensé alguna vez (lo de poner los textos en inglés) ya que en el juego normal hay algun fallo de traducción (incluso frases en las que dice lo contrario entre el audio y los subtitulos).

Parece ser que sólo hay que editer el fichero "Mass Effect 2\\data\\sku.ini"
y cambiar donde pone TextLanguage=ESN por TextLanguage=INT

Anyways, we need an aclaration from the translation team, from Bioware or whoever is in charge of the Spanish version of Overlord DLC
