I am currently logged in and it says the Blood Armor DLC has been downloaded.  It does not install and will not install.  I also downloaded the patch prior to doing the DLC, if anyone knows how to fix this issue please post.  Thanks.

I forgot to note. I've tried everything in the posted FAQ. The only thing I haven't done is uninstall and then reinstall the game.
