I absolutely LOVED this DLC, it felt so touching, and they conveyed David as a tortured innocent soul, so well, it felt so real and emotional, it brought a tear to my eye to hear the brother explain what he did whilst David recalls the same mathmatical facts.  Its scary how convincing these situations are to reality.

BUT that is not why I am posting, I am wondering if anyone has links to the soundtrack music for the DLC, specifically the main battle theme and the ending sad melody at the confrontation with the VI.
They were beautiful peices and would be great if anyone could help? :)

EDIT-

(Sorry I am new to linking the text to the hyperlink in this forum, so I will just copy-paste the links for you. So bear with me with the links.)

Prometheus Station-

Main Battle theme-

Overlord- Final Battle

David- (Final confrontation with Dr Archer)

Thanks to Shin-Anubis for finding them all. Thank you very much and enjoy! :D

I was just going to post something about how awesome the battle music is! You beat me by 7 minutes! I have it paused while I'm cooking to just listen to the battle theme... Good stuff, Bioware.

Not through yet, so I'll have to see what you mean about the other soundtrack themes... I like the remix ME2 main theme in the background with the driving drums/strings in the fore... pure awesome!

*Music spoilers*

Halfway through Prometheus Base, when the music starts playing over the radio... it's the radio music that plays in the game Portal... just really screwed up, being sped up and slowed down in different keys.

I was surprised they composed a new song for a DLC. Hat's off to bioware. I don't think I've seen that done, at least not for anything smaller than an expansion

Portal two got announced at E3 for the PS3. I thought Gabe's big supprise would be episode 3. I'll just have to wait another year, again. I feel like I've been in this situation for to long.

That's the elevator music from Me1, no?

Also, I was a big fan of the combat theme

I'll have to go back and listen; maybe you are right. More likely my excitement for Portal 2 is screwing with me!

The music for the Overlord DLC was awesome, it's instantly become apart of my favorites. I really hope Bioware releases it (or someone puts a ripped version on youtube)

Hopefully we can see ripped versions of the music on youtube soon enough, I doubt Bioware are going through the hassle to make it a actuallly downloadable album for the DLC Pack. And that was Portal music from the radio? I wondered why it sounded so familiar! Creepy. Good find. :)

Well it wouldn't be hard to find, but if you didn't post them, I would of forgot about the amazing music and wandered off somewhere else doing somethign else, but I've updated the section with the music everyone wanted, I believe someone wanted music that is played during the firewalker exploration.

Isn't the Firewalker music also played during a certain part of the suicide mission?

Hmmm, I'm not sure, personally, if I can't remember the music, then it couldn't be that good. The music for Overlord has been by far the best. Most of the firewalker music was just from the Mass effect 2 soundtrack I think.

Uh oh, I was completely wrong about the music xD

If he means the music of the Firewalker mission "Geth Incursion", that's Grunts Theme. Other than that I've no idea -.-

As for the finding: No problem at all ^^

Is it me or it almost sounds like the score from Batman Begins and Dark Knight?

Pagagon, I agree, I guess you can't go wrong when Jack wall composes music that sounds like Hans Zimmer. :)

The Combat music is awesome. Not because it is a very original music masterpiece but because it fits perfectly to combat and as soon as it kicked in it made me just go go go and fight. Perfect.

The combat music was awesome, and the boss one was awesome. Then the sad one at the end. Boss fight was fun.
