 Is it possible to use the toolset in order to change the characters in your party?
For example, could I change Sigrun to Alistair or Morrigan? If so, how could I do it?

No and Yes. No you can't edit your existing party with the toolset you can however change things so they will be diffrent in your next game, yes in that you can write scripts that effect the existing game and do any changes you want, but it isn't easy and if it's not done properly it will most likley create bugs or break parts of the game.



changing party members isn't as easy as it might feel because it will effect many plots and isn't just a NPC you drag around trhough the game.
