I think many of us will happily wait for the English announcement by EA/BioWare rather than a possibly fake "official" group.

Actually, it could well be. Maybe Bioware was disappointed with Darkspawn Chronicles not doing well and decided that a Leliana DLC would bolster them seeing Leliana was (and still is) one of the most loved characters in DA:O.
You can be sure that if this is true it will sell like hotcakes...or as Sten would say *Cookies are go*

you'll have to ask someone that can read Slovenian, I can only read chinese / japanese / korean / german and the

edit: ok I have to l2read, apprently the guy on the forum post  downloaded from xdk which is the xbox development kit according to google ( xbox users can confirm / deny the existance of xdk, I don't have an xbox  )

One has to wonder, if this is true does that mean we'll be looking at a series of DLCs covering each of our companions' pasts? If done well that could certainly kick some arse.

Now replace the "Leliana" with "Alistair" and I would actually be excited. Don't kill me all Leliana fans! It's just that...well...it takes quite a lot of roleplaying effort for me to actually have one of my characters engage in a relationship with Leliana, whereas with Alistair.....let's just say roleplaying or pretending is scarcely required. I think a lot of other women (and maybe some guys too) here understand what I am getting at.

That being said, I love her song in the soundtrack.

In any case, I digress. The release of any character/romance-focused DLC would probably be a good sign that more at to follow, so I am hoping like everyone else that this actually ends up happening (regardless of whether this particular rumor is true).

Leliana is one of my favourite characters, so I would definitely get this... if it is real, of course (which seems rather dubious at this point). Wouldn't mind seeing more character-centric DLCs either.

... it is Czech.... even the website extension is .czsk ... and the OP's name ends in cz.... don't take up "research" as an occupation 

The only thing it says about this is a USER POST which states:

"At E3 has just announced another great DLC for Dragon Age. Will be called Leliana Song and perhaps should be about the past of our favorite redheads. Details coming soon!"

So no announcement at all. Just someone posting, probably the same person as the OP of this post.

Assuming this is actually a substantial add-on rather than a bland, content-reusing cash-grab, it might be worth getting. Frankly I've found the DLCs so far absolutely underwhelming and nowhere near worth the money I've paid for them - if I could get a refund, I would.

As a czech speaking person, I can safely assume that it's....czech.
And it's not slovenian as you said. That isn't even remotely close to slovakian.

It's in Czech and it is an official Facebook DA page, linked from czech official DA site. The post about the dlc is NOT an user post. Don't believe everything you read on the internet, but remember how everyone was going "LOL FAKE" when xzone.cz listed Awakening as preorder on 31 Dec 2009, only to shut up a ~week after, when it was officially announced.
