Sadly, RTSs are pretty much all crap these days. The only ones worth playing, in my opinion, are the Dawn of War/Company of Heroes series'. I don't care for what THQ did with the CoH patch system, but DoW2 runs through Steam and while the extra layer is annoying it does work reliably
Will Bioware support this game?

Actually, I was unaware that they had been purchased...I had thought EA just wound up publishing it...god damn it and I hate EA with a passion...This is actually very annoying and now I will be watching the development of ToR very very carefully. I have been on the recieving end of pathetic EA support soo many times in the RTS genre with BFME2, CC3, RA3....macayle wrote...
First you do relaize the EA owns bioware correct?
Ya was not excited either when i heard it had happen. EA bought Bioware and mythic then merged mythic into bioware.

I was a little disappointed by Total War, admittedly, I've missed the latest ones as a result of my poor impression of Total War 2's demo.

Yea, I've been a fan of bioware from all the way back to Black Isle studios(Remember them, Original BG).
EA is supposedly hands of Bioware, but I think Bioware and EA put that out because they seen the Backlash on Biowares forums, calls, letters and Blogs that Bioware fans overloaded them with, we have a little power LMAO.
Anyway EA usually destroys everything the touch(consumer side) unless they keep out of it!
