I've actually got it with my elf-archer today, with 940 darkspawn killed. Version 1.02, latest, all DLC installed. I suppose the thing is - for this trophy counts only Darkspawn killed personally by main hero during all playthroughs. So, you see you may have 5400 darkspawn killed during all playthroughs, but only 860 were killed by your main hero.

its a bug i think, i got the 500 darkspawn kill trophy by just killing 500 kills combined by all my party... so my main hero has killed bout 200+..

If you haven't heard about it, create a save in the Alienage in Denerim during the final battle. Kill all the darkspawn there and reload, no saving necessary, until it dings.

Confirmed for me with all DLC (minus Feastday) installed, v 1.02, latest PS3 firmware, the works.

Try this on your FIRST CREATED CHARACTER- my 2nd character had 1.5K+ DS kills along with 15-20 trips through the Alienage with no trophy, while my first one had ~600 and 3-4 trips through the Alienage gave me the trophy.

I had 928 darkspawn kills by the end of the game on my 3rd character. reloaded the alienage which was at 670 kills or so, redid the alienage netting around 50-60 darkspawn a time - Blight queller trophy popped a short way into the 4th reload, which didn't quite make sense by the numbers, but I'm not complaining. cheers for the tip!

Ahhh good topic. Was wondering why I never got that trophy. Had over 900 darkspawn killed.

Deleting the Game Data, playing offline and starting a new campaign worked for me... It took a long while but it worked never the less.

By reloading during the alienage, do you mean reloading the auto save or the original file you are loading from at the beginning of the alienage minus the save. I just can't get this trophy to ding and it is all I need for platinum. I've done this multiple times from the alienage too.

I'm having the same problem. I got the Master Warden trophy a while ago (while playing Awakenings I think). Then decided to come back to get the alst trophy I need to get the Platinum, the Blight Queller. I have the game saved right before the final battle. I put my party on hold and then proceed to fight it more or less solo. The others will fight if something gets near, but for the most part I kill 80% of the 100 darkspawn that are on the level (my kill total goes from 972 darkspawn to 1072 after the battle each time). I've done the fight 4 or 5 times atleast. I should have gotten the freaking trophy by now.



If I delete the game file will I lose all of my dlc's? I really dont want to have to download everything again, especially the stuff I've bought. But if its the best bet to get the trophy I will have to. I can then just do the final fight 10 times and get my 1000.
