How will mornith possibly having more biotic potential within a few centuries help a urgent suicide mission that is likley happening within the monthImage IPB

She doesnt need centuries. She would stay on shepardts ship because it the safest place for her to hide and the next
mission(stopping the reapers) wouldnt start immediatly after the suicide mission. They need some time to arrive(i guess
some years/otherwise mass portals wouldnt be needed) Those years are enough to become stronger then samara.

Legion/Tali is more drastic, I'd avoid that, it does sound like a villain's speech.

That Renegade line would only have sense if Tali got exiled. You can't really "crush under your heel" a future Admiral and live with it. And I wouldn't make enemies of the Geth either. It's just silly to think that these individuals hold no power among their own.

And Renegade is far worse than "getting the job done"; it's mostly about poor diplomacy, which is the last thing you want when fighting a war, especially if there's no Udina watching your back.

Saren could do without his Spectre status because he had an army at his disposal. Until then, he had to bow to the Council for twenty and more years. A Renegade Shepard is just a lone soldier, no matter how good at killing he is.

Full renegade is about making humanity strong enough to stand alone against the reapers. Thats's the whole theme. Humanity must stand alione has been said by many who have the renegade persuasion in the ME universe

As for being a lone soldier. A renegade most likely has Cerberus and all their contacts and resources. They provided more direct help than the council did in ME1.

Cerberus is utterly despised by just about all races in the Galaxy, and most of its resources have been put into the Lazarus project. So.... that's not such a big deal if you need to fight a war.

They have a lot of contacts in the alliance who are very supportive of Cerberus, a lot of front companies and plenty of freed up resources now that you're ressurected. As for Cerberus being despised by other races. Who cares. The renegade shep I play does things to help humanity. While he doesn't mind other races, he could care less what they think. Give humanity the tools, and they'll win.

Renegade =/= Villian.

Although I can never pull the Renegade Interupt on mouse again, just ouch,
However I like yelling RUN ITS A BOMB! on that same mission.

I did an almost full renegade run, and no a Renegade is not a villian, just someone who is going to shoot you, or clobber you instead of talk it out.

Or:
Paragon Shep: Dudley Doright
Renegade Shep: Spetznas Operative.

That's true, because the game is forced to allow Renegades to be successful.
That doesn't mean it makes things plausible. :D

Same could be said for paragon. A lot of their actions seem downright naive. 99% of the time in this game  blind trust is rewarded and we know full well in real life that doesn't even come close to the case. Or hey lets destroy this base full of reaper intellegence because I have full faith that another option will present itself. Knowing you're playing a video game, thats true. However being really in that situation? Would be naive to dismiss the base without further investigation.

There would be other options, not...
a) destroy the base
B) give the base to the evil, racist megalomaniac

destoy the human reaper - return to the Normandy - contact the council/alliance...the can investigate the base as well.

I agree, (mostly, you know I don't think TIM is evil) there would be other options. Just saying as it's set up the paragon makes all kinds of decisions on blind trust and faith, and the only reason why 99% of those decisions work out is simplistic writing.

Seriously paragon shep made all kinds of decions that could have disaterous consequences based on blind trust and faith. Unless the writers throw a curveball in ME3, this would almost be comical.

I follow the line of a lot of posters here: renegade Shepard is an anti-hero, not a villain.

there is no full renegade or paragon Shepard unless you import him from ME1 or modify him by particular software or files. naturally, I found out that paragon leads more than renegade if you play the game as normal condition.

Paragon = Captain America. Renegade = Punisher
