I've installed the game (both disks) onto my 360's hard drive, and have most of the dlc.

When the endgame cinematics are playing (as you try to escape), an odd video defect happens.  It looks like there is a dark folder icon superimposed over the bottom left quadrant of the screen.  I'd only noticed it at the end of the game recently (as in the last few weeks).

I just downloaded the Overlord pack, and it's showing up almost all the time when you are not actively controlling Shepard (movin him through the map, fighting, etc.).  it shows up during the conversations as well as the cinematics.  A picture of the problem can be found at i1035.photobucket.com/albums/a431/bnm73/IMG_0410.jpg

Anyone else seeing anything similar and/or have any ideas for a fix?
