If the key, which should be on either a card in the case or on the back of the book, is in use, then yes it matters.

What I don't get is that quite clearly I was brought into this world. Not you. My parents claim they were responsible. And I have been the centre of such existence ever since. So how come I haven't got this DLC yet? Something is wrong. Perhaps other sentient beings do exist after all. All of them conspiring to make my life no fun at all. I blame Bioware, seeing as they exist now.

Xbox versions of the game are registered by UPC code, as far as I'm aware it is the same on every box, so you should be fine. As for how to register, My Games -> Register Games in the sidebar

Wow. One of the finest games to try to add the mechanics of game structure to the traditional, linear form of narration we've been used to for oooh thousands of years, and it's 'a cheap RE clone'? That so underappreciates what's been done with Alan Wake.

Sorry but that's just my opinion , i just didn't like the game and yes it has some nice thing in it but maybe i was expecting more from it

To be fair I'd prefer as someone said somewhere a DLC saying what happened to Morrigan after Origins. Or perhaps a DLC that continues the story of you and whoever you got together with in Origins. Zevran/Lelianna/Morrigan/Alister (perhaps because Morrigan didn't want you to find her, it could be you looking for her).
Potentially 4 completely different DLCs in 1. But I'd imagine this would be too much work for a simple $7 DLC :\\

How about a DLC where you are able to visit denerim red cliffe and so on while you play detective tracking down an orlesian bard that stole some secrets and is finding safe travel out of ferelden.

Come on has some serious potential.

See how well the country you saved is turning out.

You do not even need to be your character.

Could be a spy in service to the crown.

If people like the character could be added in an expansion or something.

could be fun looking to find Morrigan  but i doubt very much it will ever happen , 
i think htey save the continuation of morrigan's story line for DA2 or even DA3(hope not) 
but a DLC with Morrigan seems unlikely

It seems there could be an inconsistancy or misunderstanding of this mod from what happens.

So people who play, pay attention to the story, and also to what Leliana said in Origins and compare and contrast the two. Also it seems more kill kill kill from the one topic's descriptions but I've got my hopes up.
