Something that could add huge replayability to Origins would be the ability to recruit more characters, particularly companions from the origin stories themselves (at a later point in the game of course).
I'm not suggesting making them as fleshed out as the current companions, that would obviously be too big a task. What I'm suggeesting would be simply making them recruitable, and able to journey with you as semi-silent companions. The only instance I can think of throughout the main campaign where this could pose an issue would be the Fade Nightmares, which could be solved by just having a generic combat scene to free them from their nightmare.
Imagine playing the game with a full dwarven party of Oghren, Gorim and Leske. Or a full Dalish party with Merril, Fenarel and Cammen. To be able to play with four mages, or four rogues, or four human knights.
DLC Suggestion - Mass recruitment!

You lost me at Cammen.
No, seriously I get where you are coming from. However, I like this new idea of the current DLC that adds to the game experience without actually having to be wedged in between existing 'chapters' currently. I'd like to see more of these side-takes instead of having more tacked on to the core game.
