It's been a while since I last played Mass Effect 2, but a while back I downloaded the Firewalker Pack, but nothing else, from the Cerberus Network. Now I'm trying to download more content from the Cerberus Network, but I appear to have lost my Cerberus Network Card.
However, the site makes it sounds as if the code only needs to, and its only ABLE to, be entered once, and I've obviously entered it before to buy the Firewalker Pack. So what's going on?

The CN DLC is now tied to your EA/Bioware account; it indeed only needs to be used once. Now you use your account to access it. Look under Profile -> Your registired game promotions.
